My overall rating is related to the continued attitude of management. They continue to pay the people on the street less, and find ways to change comp plans mid year or move to bar when the comp plan is exceeding expectations.

I would have to say the worst onboarding and training experience I’ve ever had. The only pro I can think of is the compensation package. Also great work/life balance.
