Company is still searching for an identity. In my short time there, the sales pitch was changed 3 times. High concentrations of micromanagement. So far 2 attempts to build an enterprise team and it took the first rep on the second go around 9 months to close their first sale. Lots of earning potential. The culture is a meritocracy, where your performance metrics are determined by your peers and you. Promotions are measured by levels, so you know exactly what is expected of you. Everything is transparent. And I mean everything...

Good place to work. Lots of leadership changes recently but the inbound volume is great. Competitive space so it doesn’t mean a guaranteed win.
