Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Good company, big focus on technical training for sales staff beyond typical vendors which was great although a disconnect was present between the US and the remaining markets they operate in such as EMEA/APAC etc. Colleagues were extremely welcoming, consistently helpful/accommodating and felt very at home quickly.
Commission structure was good and had great earning potential which I received, unfortunately departed early due to redundancy, driven by too many mergers and acquisitions, inflation was likely another "reason" but whole positive experience was tainted not even due to the redundancy but the via the managerial decision to favour retaining employees for nothing more than nepotism, demonstrating lack of care for the organisation by actively choosing to cull substantially more experienced staff and performance (Sales) and keeping the opposite despite same salaries/benefits etc.
Additionally employment contract signed and agreed upon was then completely different to expectations from management revealing a lack of integrity, which became a recurring theme that was proven again and again.
