Way too focused on M&A. Acquired 8 companies in 18 months and have not built out standard operations for integrating all companies. All companies and divisions of companies work in silos. Significant customer attrition due to poor support, over selling/under deliver, no real vision for the future except to acquire more companies. Already had 3 rounds of layoffs...Read More
