Former Employee 5 new Account Executives were onboarded in May of 2024. By February of 2025, less than a year later, 3 of the 5 have resigned. That is 80% of the onboarding class gone in less than a year These 3 also happen to be the 3 women who were in their class. I think that speaks for itself. The "bro culture" is unlike anything I have ever heard of or experienced in sales. It feels like what you think of when you think of a sales role in the 80s. If you are a woman or not white don't take the role. Most people in this role are straight white men over the age of 40. You will feel ostracized, out of place, and made to feel like the DEI hire.
