Overall, the product is great, but leadership doesn't understand the market or their customers. They have very high goals that are not based on true pipeline and so everyone is set up for failure.

Good company to work for. Cyber security is becoming a very crowded market and that is something you will notice. Not a big a brand name like Crowdstrike, SentinelOne and others so you need to work harder to get to the deals. Not sure about the compensation part, but they pay fair. Leadership finds culture important and it shows.
