There was a disconnect between expectations and reality when it came to quota. My entire team was hitting maybe 5% of quota (during COVID) but OTE was misleading.

Incredible product but I've been here 4 years and enterprise management is subpar, pay has come up short on multiple promotions and less than half the team has hit quota in every position I've had. If you're looking for an opportunity to be successful, it most likely will not be here.
