Horrible place to work, if you take this job then you are almost guaranteed to get laid off within 6 months. This is what has happened to almost every new sales rep within the last 1.5 years (9 of the last 10) and the team is 3 people. The fact of this company is they do not have product market fit and the CEO is too delusional to admit it. He thinks he has a "scaling" sales org but there is no demand. What happens is he keeps irresponsibly hiring new AEs and then laying them off when there aren't results instead of looking in the mirror.

ceo has no self-awareness, cherry picks articles & data to support his pre-determined views on office culture. Thinks that working hard & having a fun culture are mutually exclusive. Thinks he can build a great tech company w/ unhappy employees & constant turnover (never been done).

The worst employment experience you will ever have. CEO micromanages to the point of sending emails from other employees' accounts (for real).
