Waters has excellent products and many dedicated applications scientists, sales reps, and other staff, but struggles with poor upper management and cuts to support such as technical specialists and overall scientific staff.

Every single year there is a new compensation structure that has no resemblance to the previous year. Finance is in charge of the company and they appear to be very focused on reducing sales compensation to help the bottom line.
