This year we're being paid a recoverable draw of 100% OTE and paid on an area-wide team goal. Overachieving is nearly impossible.

FY24 was a transitioned year post-acquisition and 100% OTE was paid out to everyone — if you survived 3 rounds of layoffs. Going into FY25, everyone in Sales is under a team number, which is achievable, but payout is capped at 200%.
