Net positive experience. Learned a lot about the industry so far, and made decent money for being fully remote. Early maturity of sales program with odd territory restrictions and lots of tribal knowledge. Not many seem to be making quota though. Strong DEI program which is refreshing.

Company is great, lots of potential but they will never get it right on compensation. Have spent tons of $$ on hiring people who will turnover before they ever sell anything to pay themselves off because they will not pay competitive market rates.
