Product is not ready for the the market pursued. Leadership is not willing to adjust/invest in product to fit market. Feedback to leadership is not welcomed or taken into consideration with company process. Lots of praise and cheerleading for non needle moving activities. Being a startup, leadership is not willing to learn and adjust, they want to stick with their way.

I would not work there again unfortunately. Leadership changed the value prop multiple times and expected sales and customers to keep pace with the constant changes.
