I would not work there again unfortunately. Leadership changed the value prop multiple times and expected sales and customers to keep pace with the constant changes.

Product is not ready for the the market pursued. Leadership is not willing to adjust/invest in product to fit market. Feedback to leadership is not welcomed or taken into consideration with company process. Lots of praise and cheerleading for non needle moving activities.
