I have never been treated this way. They will lie directly to your face, then terminate you and refuse to offer any detail or reason. They will simply say "performance-related" even if you are at 108% of your quota. Manager hired an old friend from a prior company and let me go. Extremely short tenure even in leadership (less than 1 year), there is zero loyalty. Do not trust them.
