My experience started off very well with management and business structure. You will be able to make connections with key stakeholders and gain experience in the freight world. You will have opportunities to share your ideas. But at the end new management came in and decided that some tenured employees should be let go based on frivolous accusations to find a reason. I have never been treated this way. They will lie directly to your face, then terminate you and refuse to offer any detail or reason. They will simply say "performance-related" even if you are at 108% of your quota. Manager hired an old friend from a prior company and let me go.
