Nobody is hitting close to 50% of goal. And there is an intrinsic component that means you have to overcome a certain percentage of growth before quota relief and commissions kick in. Ie if an account is growing 10% a year, before you get credit, you need to grow the account 11%+. Again. Nobody is close to goal.
