Shifting focus away from enterprise to cloud-native accounts limits the number of accounts that would seriously consider this solution. Product limitations and lack of integrations for many enterprise use cases. Not many prospects willing to rip and replace. Overall sales strategy improving but senior leadership is more focused on trashing competition via social media.

Good tech, worst leadership in the industry. CEO is not fit for the role and worst in the industry. CMO is ineffective and more interested in pushing personal agendas than company agenda. CTO is awkward and embarrassing in front of customers.

Not the best company and also not the worst. Leadership is terrible but the product really isn’t that bad, but is falling behind the competition
