They have a strict top-down hierarchy. The COO is the leader. The founder’s son leads the product team. There is often tension between Sales/Product/Operations departments. Their core values are “openness, optimism, and ownership,” yet in my tenure, this was the least “open” organization I have been a part of. They have been through 3 VPs of sales in 2yrs. They acquired two companies with the vision of rolling the products together but have made minimal progress. The current customer base is turning over much faster than in previous years.
