All-in-all a great team but with major flaws. It’s a Series A - so you’d expect things to change, evolve, restructure, and redirect regularly. Generally a good sales rep can hit their target (or get close), but they have to be really good (and be able to source on your own). Exec team wants things done in very specific ways, but aren’t always clear about that. Hearts are in the right spot but they’re not great at conflict. Heavy bias toward external advice (board members, advisers) vs their own teams and the leaders they hire. If the outside advice is a losing strategy (often dates volume plays or things we’re not mature enough to execute on yet) it becomes a no-win situation: obey and lose or pushback and get the boot. Product has also lacked meaningful innovation since its inception. Major integration came more than a year after promised - and that’s only significant/differentiating feature launched in the last two years. New Sales leader is promising, but at its core, it’s not GTM that’s broke.
