Former Employee All in all the best in the company are people and good atmosphere. However in sales everything was quite neutral and average, probably only the variable part was not average but low. The lack of clear focus and sales strategies is one of the factors preventing big development. Also due to the all above sales team lost around 30% of the headcount in the last 1-2 years.
