is the ae comp really as low as advertised?
More QuestionsI have read a lot of reviews about comp plans changing every single month and being really unorganised, has this been sorted out now or is there still constant change?Why does it seem the higher level AE roles have way below market average salaries? Specifically in the ENT division. I have never seen a base so low for an ENT software role. Anyone have any insight on what the realistic range is and are they working to bring up the comp structure?
