The product exhibits strong qualities, however, there are notable deficiencies in the leadership structure. The Sales Manager lacks prior experience in Sales Management and often prioritizes personal sales tactics over effective leadership strategies. Similarly, the VP of Sales has zero experience in sales, account executive, or account management roles, raising questions about their qualifications for the position. It appears that the VP secured the role due to personal connections rather than merit. The overall lack of leadership experience is concerning, contributing to high turnover rates and posing challenges in meeting On-Target Earnings (OTE) goals.
