So far my experience is based on current management and their strive to offer us the most support in our role along with leads. The market however is not in immediate need so this makes it hard to hit sales goals which management is well aware of. The base compensation should be hire, atleast $65,000.

Good Company overall. Signifigant sales channel competition. The biggest competitor to your deal is an internal from another branch od division.
