Aligns well with the business objectives but they move the cheese. “Pull everything into this fiscal year.” New comp plan rolls out and is clearly designed to incentivize a fast start. If we pull everything forward it doesn’t usually make for a fast start. Especially when we re-segment accounts every year.

Rubrik is a high performance and high growth culture. The expectations are high for reps and first line leaders but the exposure to second and third line expectations and future leadership potential is second to none
