SMB/MM team (they call it agency) has a good manager but the enterprise team is currently in a weird place. High turnover of new reps (max 6 months) and lots of micromanagement from leadership.

Cool product. Management will do some changes every quarter, just because. Hard to achieve quota if you haven’t been here long enough to accumulate a portfolio of good companies.

Good volume of inbound leads and meetings set by SDRs. If you can figure out where to focus your energy you can make some decent money.
