Back to ReviewsFormer Employee This is an organization in decline with 8 or 9 straight quarters of declining sales, the culture for the sales team was "sell or leave", but the weight of failed past projects prevented customers from moving ahead with new business. Almost no inbound leads - this entire process is broken, so Rackspace has resorted to a "churn and burn" model. I came from a company (DXC) where my previous three year average comp was over $400k a year - I never got past $250k at Rackspace. Browse Other Reviews
