Startup company that has almost no market presence and almost zero SOE currently. Inbound lead flow is almost zero, BDR team is international while sales team is in US. Incentive comp plan is extremely low, no multipliers and pays $0 for deals under 25K, comp % is lower than market rate. Some business deals are taken away by parent company that sells the same product as well.
