Be ready for a weekly "commits" which is entirely unrealistic. You will also be asked to bring in 36k MRR in new pipeline per quarter, which is 5x of quota because the average close rate is 15%. Be prepared to be let go within a year if your not hitting aggressive quotas. Oh and BTW you'll be putting out fires of accounts that are in your target area that are upset. I had high hopes but not the case with sales management that loves to use scare tactics as a way of pushing agenda. Browse Other Reviews
