Former Employee Patch has an incredibly toxic culture in the sales team. Always expected to be online & pushed to burn out. Limited career progression & almost no opportunity to smash through your OTE as targets are set too high. Performing reps fired, other members of the supporting functions extremely rude but passed off as ‘that’s just how they are’. Instances of bullying ignored by HR and management. The mission is amazing & for a great cause but don’t be fooled by the impeccable branding and lies fed by hiring managers on reps overachieving on OTE (they give new hires an example of one SDR in one good quarter). Avoid.
