Back to ReviewsFormer Employee As a sales recruitment and training org, Pareto is all about sales. This means there's a lively and positive atmosphere in the business and lots of support from team mates, coaches and other mentors.
Company has an overall good reputation amongst it's target market, but offering can be hit and miss.
Downside is that some things are still very old school here in terms of methodology and systems they use. Culture a little toxic with emphasis on going out with the colleagues.
