This workplace was toxic: bosses who bullied and employees who lived in fear.

Quota attainment isn't happening. Company has no regard for their employees and will let multiple people go in an instant if they over-hire, which they love to do. Software is decent but the pricing puts you at no advantage and you're fighting with bigger names with cheaper prices.
