Were there layoffs in the SDR org? several sdrs on LI are no longer there after a few months

With all this growth how does Nooks handle potential bottlenecks in the SDR-to-AE transition? Is there a clear plan for ensuring that the career path remains open, even with a large internal promotion rate?

Is it possible to get an SDR role here as a new grad? I have outbound experience and I am extremely high energy but obviously this is one of the most sought after SDR jobs right now. And yes I will dial the hiring manager until they pick up lol

There seems to be a lot of inbound interest. Are SDRs working some of those inbound leads, or is the team meanly outbound? What else can you share about the SDR team structure? Is there separation by territories or segments?

You're telling me that 91% of AEs are hitting quota, with a top performer ceiling of nearly $500k? 91% are at minimum earning OTE?
