The product is amazing but this is not a sales first company. Selling is easier than many other places because of the product and the tools that they provide you. However, pay is not super high for this reason.

Former Employee4.0Jul 19, 2024ModMed Started out great, but it became toxic really quickly. Then, layoffs started happening and the changes to the comp plan were horrendous. I think they created a bad comp plan to push people out. Several direct peers felt the same way.
