ModMed Started out great, but it became toxic really quickly. Then, layoffs started happening and the changes to the comp plan were horrendous. I think they created a bad comp plan to push people out. Several direct peers felt the same way.

Onboarding was quite a rough experience. Not a lot of help or hand-holding and just the expectation that you will figure things out. The product is amazing but this is not a sales first company. Selling is easier than many other places because of the product and the tools that they provide you. However, pay is not super high for this reason.
