Lots of improvement to be done here. Far from a functional organization. Please do not make the mistake of working here. There is no true software the agency is building and there’s several concerns with leadership and the culture.

My overall experience has been positive, but a lot has changed, so it’s a case by case basis. Training and job stability could be better. Base and comp structure are a little bit low now.
