My overall experience was spectacular over at Operatix/memoryBlue. The company culture is electric -- insanely collaborative. A high energy office that has so many training resources available every week, there's always some aspect that you can improve on as a sales rep, and they provide tons of weekly classes/trainings with successful SDRs/AEs that have graduated past the entry level routes to bring you fresh ideas and perspectives on how to approach/handle prospects.

They are excellent for their training but upper leadership (higher than the SDR managers) can be very toxic and not helpful. Don't support you. Feels like they pray on our downfall and don't support the first line managers.
