It is a great experience if you want to start your career in tech sales with no sales background. There is a lot of training but a lot of pressure to hit quota. If you are unlucky you will be given a difficult product to sell.

Very basic entry level role. You make $1300 every 2 weeks after taxes which isn't great. If you hit your quota which is 10-12 occurred meetings, you make an extra $1500, which they save $1K for you in their "bank" and only give you $500 of your quota earnings. Every position here outside of SDRs are held on non-recoverable draws. The roles are intense with high quotas and tough to see commissions especially during a down market. If you understand how this business makes money, you would understand they pay their SDRs pretty good all things considered. However, it is still subpar to what you can be making at other SDR gigs.
