Great training and development. Hard working culture but with lots of play/fun. Success is determined not by skill/work output but rather pure luck. It is based on the client you are assigned to, the clients level of engagement, and timing.

Overall working there was a great first start in the industry but other than that; it was soul sucking. Working there was filled with a lot of inconsistencies and truly they need to be better.
