This is especially true in the first 3 months of the role. Base salary can also increase drastically based on performance which is a huge upside for a hard worker who actually wants to build the skills to be an AE or AM.

There is always an environment that pushes you to continue learning, especially with the weekly company trainings, team trainings, and weekly 1:1s.
