Every position here outside of SDRs are held on non-recoverable draws. The roles are intense with high quotas and tough to see commissions especially during a down market. Outside of the compensation, leadership is the furthest thing from being transparent. Constant lay offs with no addressing provided by them, when asked if we can expect more, they ignore the question with another statement that's hard to read or know what they're actual answer is. With investors now, reps here are strictly seen as numbers. Prior to the investors, the company felt whole. Since November of 2022, we saw over 120 people let go, and it has continued to happen till this day. They need to treat their employees better, have more transparency and respect across the org, and also pay us more for all of the work we do. We should not have 3-5 year tenured AEs on a $60-$70k base that are on non-recoverable draws.
