The training has overall been incredible, they teach you how to be successful within your specific asset class and give you a mentor and there connections in the industry. Real estate in general at the current time is generally a challenging industry as the market is high and interest rates are out of control.

90% of new CRE brokers fail, so naturally is an absolutely brutal and ruthless industry to try and figure out. Provides above average training but beyond that it is extremely entrepreneurial and being commission only really means you eat what you kill. If you can survive the first couple years, there are generational wealth opportunities.

I would say a good majority of employees are white men, with little diversity and women inclusion. I would say that associates find decent inbound lead and opportunity daily hence why it is my highest
