90% of new CRE brokers fail, so naturally is an absolutely brutal and ruthless industry to try and figure out. Provides above average training but beyond that it is extremely entrepreneurial and being commission only really means you eat what you kill. If you can survive the first couple years, there are generational wealth opportunities.

My overall experience was beneficial due to the amount of training done before starting in the role. Mentorship is also something that is a top priority there wish helps new employees start off on the right track and have guidance throughout the sales cycle.
