Good commercial experience overall, the company offers a great deal of autonomy to its sales staff in a booming market. The product is good and Malt is the market leader. On the other hand, there is a lack of training and skills development for sales staff.

Change in leadership. Governance held by someone not understanding business makes it complicated to peform. Very tech oriented which is good but don’t forget, it’s people that make our world :)
