Interesting market and opportunity, but highly ineffective leadership. There has been a significant amount of churn on the GTM side of the house, so some existing customers are dealing with their 3rd or 4th AE in the last 12 months.

Product has stagnated over the years. The pond is drying up with more competitors showing up to the shore. It will take special relationship and a ton of hard-sell to meet quota.
