This company will promise you the moon and stars, but if you’re not coming in with an established book of business than you will not meet quota. Internal training and development are next to nonexistent and leaders will tell you to do the opposite

This role has a low base compensation which would be fine if quota was easily manageable. Unfortunately, during my time here almost everyone on my team was either laid off or quit with almost none of them at quota. This is a good role to learn the ropes of sales but is not ideal for making money.
