Things just haven't gotten better here, only slightly worse, little by little. RTO without a pay increase or additional incentive is just a loss in benefits with no tangible return. It's still very possible to achieve here, and the people and sales managers are wonderful. Overall it's comfortable, but the future is unclear.

The organisation has a nice culture but the market is hard, a lot of competition and We have a small growth for the moment. Mobile security market is a nice to have and very hard to sell.

Commissions are now capped, two layoffs in the last calendar year and very limited movement into new roles/leadership. Would tread lightly, especially if SDR. Little upside to work here anymore.
