They are big enough to provide a great product, but small enough to care about the people providing the product and service. They are very patient with a new rep and try to point you in the right direction to succeed. If you’re new to sales, this might not be the role for you. If you’re experienced in sales, insurance or otherwise, and you’re looking for more independence, Hylant is likely a really good fit.
