Employees—hired at premium salaries for their expertise—are micromanaged and treated like entry-level reps. The founder prioritizes money over people and fails to foster a healthy culture. Poor board management results in unrealistic targets, with board members stepping in as de facto operators. High turnover and constant fear of termination make this a company best avoided.

So disorganized and cut throat. I have heard of at least 6 people who have been fired after me and it’s been less than two months. People, especially sales people, will never be able to prove their worth when the worth is undefined. My deals didn’t matter someone on the team didn’t like me and that was it for me.

They incentivize skilled sellers with a large OTE and claims of "mostly inbound" leads.
