Poor board management results in unrealistic targets, with board members stepping in as de facto operators. High turnover and constant fear of termination make this a company best avoided.

So disorganized and cut throat. I have heard of at least 6 people who have been fired after me and it’s been less than two months. People, especially sales people, will never be able to prove their worth when the worth is undefined. My deals didn’t matter someone on the team didn’t like me and that was it for me.
