Go1 was an excellent place to work during my first two years. Since then, what was a strong partnership ecosystem with rich lead flow, competitive compensation structure and leaders that positively contributed to the culture, have all dwindled. Outbound motion is my strong suit, yet the org has little to no structure, process or resources to support it and is scrambling to catch up now that the inbound has slowed. My first two managers were excellent and directly contributed to two banners for me personally. Since then a restructure landed me under the worst manager I've experienced in my professional career. I would not recommend Go1 during this current phase.

My experience at Go1 has been positive. Direct leadership is there to support anytime I've needed it. We're experiencing positive change and I believe it will set us up for continued success.

A partnership/sales-led GTM org with a complex business model that needs huge scale to make the unit economics work. Weak on product development and engineering. All the right intentions and strategy, but execution is poor. Possibly a symptom of 'growth at all cost' and not fine tuning R&D/Customer Experience over S&M spend from start up to scale up.
