All the right intentions and strategy, but execution is poor. Possibly a symptom of 'growth at all cost' and not fine tuning R&D/Customer Experience over S&M spend from start up to scale up.

Current Employee4.9Jun 29, 2023Good company, not a lot of downsides, but upside and lead flow is great. My critique would be because the company is global it can feel disconnected as a non-Australian employee.
